Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the IE Services (Izandla Ezincedanayo Services) website at https://www.ieservices.co.za (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About IE Services

IE Services is a South African staffing and recruitment agency. This Site allows job seekers to browse vacancies and submit applications, and allows employers to submit staffing requests. It does not constitute a guarantee of employment, placement or hire.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes, and not to:

• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information in any application or form;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems;
• Use the Site to transmit harmful code or interfere with its normal operation; or
• Use content from the Site for any unlawful or unauthorised commercial purpose.

3. Job applications

When you apply for a role through the Site, you confirm that the information and documents you submit (including your CV) are accurate and belong to you. Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview, shortlisting or placement. Job listings are provided by IE Services and its clients and may be updated, amended or removed at any time without notice.

4. Employer staffing requests

Submitting a staffing request through the Site is an enquiry, not a binding contract. Any engagement of IE Services' recruitment, temporary staffing or recruitment outsourcing services will be subject to a separate agreement between IE Services and the employer.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to IE Services and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without our prior written consent, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use of the Site (e.g. printing a job listing for reference).

6. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party services (such as WhatsApp) or rely on third-party platforms (such as our recruitment/CRM system) to process applications. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third-party services.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. IE Services will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site, including reliance on job listings that may change or be filled before you apply.

8. Personal information

Our collection and use of personal information submitted through the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
