Our story
IE Services (Izandla Ezincedanayo Services) is a fully black economic empowerment organisation specialising in HR infrastructure, recruitment, selection and payroll solutions for organisations that need to perform optimally. We are 100% female owned and managed by well-experienced partners, endeavouring to bring professionalism to every Human Resources project we take on.
We are a small team, deliberately so, and very focused in our discipline. The experience gained in the field by our founder members forms the foundation of the organisation, and positions us as a strategic and professional partner to our clients. Our recruitment and selection specialists focus on sourcing specialised skills in the FMCG, Information & Communication Technology, Financial Services and Engineering industries, alongside our long-standing specialisation in the mining, chemical, manufacturing and office support sectors: geologists, engineers, safety officers and skilled tradespeople for mining and manufacturing operations, and thoroughly screened, culturally-matched personnel for office support roles.
Our main offices are in Gauteng, and we work with affiliate companies in Cape Town, Durban, Dundee, Port Elizabeth, Mpumalanga and Limpopo, giving us reach across South Africa while staying close to the clients and candidates we serve.
